Brooklin Routt is a photo-based artist who dabbles in ceramics and installation. She completed her BFA at Morehead State University and is currently enrolled in Western Carolina University's MFA program. 

Routt's work addresses her own trauma by creating metaphor between the trauma of the land in whatever place she is inhabiting and personal experiences. 

Brooklin is currently an instructor of record at Western Carolina University where she teaches photography to undergraduate students. ​​
